COVID-19 PROTOCOL

We have always taken pride in the cleanliness of our studio and procedures and during this time we have added some new measures to account for the presence of potential airborne pathogens. Over the past year we have developed/edited/and maintained our Covid-19 Control Plan with research from major health organizations such as the WHO and the CDC. Recommendations from these organizations, along with information from our peers, and years of practice in Universal Precautions have helped us in the development of this plan. Thank you for all of your patience during this time, and thank you in advance for your help in maintaining our safe working environment, for our employees, clients, friends, family and community.

PLEASE BE FAMILIAR WITH OUR PROTOCOL BEFORE ARRIVING TO THE STUDIO, AS WE ARE A CLOSE CONTACT SERVICE, AND ARE TAKING ALL PRECAUTIONS TO MINIMIZE HEALTH RISK TO OUR STAFF AND CLIENTS. IF YOU ARRIVE TO THE STUDIO AND ARE NOT PREPARED FOR OUR CURRENT STUDIO, CITY, AND STATE PROTOCOL, WE WILL RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT.

IF YOU ARE NOT FEELING WELL, OR EXPERIENCING ANY COVID OR FLU-LIKE SYMPTOMS, PLEASE REACH OUT PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT, AND WE CAN RESCHEDULE YOU.

DUE TO THE CLOSE CONTACT NATURE OF TATTOOING YOU MUST WEAR A MASK PROPERLY AT ALL TIMES WHILE IN THE STUDIO REGARDLESS OF YOUR VACCINATION STATUS.

OUR ARTISTS MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL PROTOCOL THAT THEY WISH FOR YOU TO FOLLOW FOR SITTING WITH THEM. WE SUPPORT THESE DECISIONS, AND THEY WILL REACH OUT IF THEY HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL INFORMATION FOR YOU.

  • Currently we are unable to allow additional friends and guests into the studio, and ask that you come alone to your appointment.

  • For the safety our staff and other clients in the studio, you must wear a mask properly at all times while in the studio, regardless of your vaccination status. • Due to a drastic increase in cost for PPE we have adding a $25.00 set up fee to all appointments.

WHAT WE HAVE DONE BEHIND THE SCENES

  • Our staff has taken new training before returning to work, specifically dealing with Infection Prevention and Control for the novel coronavirus (Covid-19).

  • We have improved the studio’s air filtration; added a new air purification unit to help with air quality, and to assist in capturing airborne particles.

  • We have also added an additional two feet of plexiglass windows to the partitions between our booths, to provide extra protection, and privacy.
